Jules is the founder of The Conscious Concierge, Spaces, Esencia Living Uvita and Osarentals — a group of locally grounded businesses serving Costa Rica’s Southern Zone.
From Canada to Costa Rica
Jules moved from Canada to Costa Rica with her daughters to build a new life in the Southern Zone. Today, her work spans Ojochal, Uvita and Dominical.
Through The Conscious Concierge, she brings together property management, real estate guidance, and a curated collection of rentals. Spaces extends that same practical care to climate-controlled storage and professional studios in Ojochal.
The same instinct sits behind her two other projects. Esencia Living is a curated home and lifestyle store in Uvita, bringing quality, hard-to-find everyday goods closer to home on the coast. Osarentals is a baby and lifestyle gear rental service for the Southern Zone, so families arriving with children can travel light and still have the good things they need.
